Business Development Executive

We are searching for dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executives to join our Training division. You will be responsible for driving sales and increasing student enrollments in our various IT training programs. GALTech School of Technology is a premier IT finishing school that prepares students for successful careers in the tech industry. Our job-oriented courses include Full Stack Development, Data Science, AI, Digital Marketing, and more. Practical training through live projects, mentorship from experienced professionals, and job placement assistance are integral parts of our programs. Your primary focus will involve directly selling courses to customers and meeting specific sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying potential customers and generating leads, making sales calls, presentations, and closing deals, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and reporting on sales activities and performance. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to understand customer needs to offer suitable products/services. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is required. The nature of work is more transactional and focused on short-term results, often involving aggressive sales targets. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with 0-1 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or training sector. Freshers who are confident in their sales skills can also apply. Attributes such as being self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently are desirable.
