About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Chat with students to understand what they're looking for and guide them to the best-fit course. 2. Follow up with leads, answer questions, and help them make confident decisions. 3. Work toward sales targets and we'll celebrate when you hit them! 4. Coordinate with faculty, students, and even parents to make the whole experience smooth. 5. Keep our systems up to date with accurate records. 6. Handle fee payments and make sure everything adds up.
