Job Description

About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Building and sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors 2. Visiting and understanding client requirements in person if needed, presenting customized gift solutions & quotation 3. Working with different teams for end-to-end coordination of orders with the manufacturing department 4. Interacting with new vendors to explain the expectations and responsibilities 5. Connecting and meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate prices, and communicate any product or service-related concerns 6. Ensuring strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business with the customer 7. Researching the available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and product quality 8. Monitoring sales trends to determine which products are more popular than others continually 9.
