BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (FEMALE ONLY)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating walk-ins, and converting leads into clients. Experience in the migration field will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate 2 to 4 walk-ins/sales per month through strategic outreach and lead generation.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company’s client base.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients and close sales effectively.
• Maintain strong knowledge of company products/services to offer suitable solutions to clients.
• Represent the company in a professional manner during client interactions and meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, client communications, and progress reports.

Preferred Experience:

• Migration services industry experience is an added advantage.
• Proven track record in sales or business development roles.
• Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.
