Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller / Business Development Executive to generate leads and manage diamond sales through national and international client interactions. The role involves cold calling, client follow-ups, and supporting business growth in the diamond industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through cold calling and market research.
• Contact national and international clients to promote diamond products.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.
• Look after diamond sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders.
• Update and maintain client and lead records in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and client requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Confidence in cold calling and client handling.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email).
• Sales-oriented mindset with negotiation skills.
• Ability to work full-time in an onsite environment.
