About Role: Conduct market research to identify and target potential students interested in trading education. Reach out to leads through calls and introduce our courses and answer questions Guide the students through the enrollment process, ensuring smooth experience. Stay in touch with current students to ensure satisfaction and encourage course completion. Use Excel to log interactions, track enrollments, and generate basic reports Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets Qualifications Plus two/diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field 1 year experience in tele sales is preferred Basic trading knowledge is a plus Strong communication Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Experience: Tele sales: 1 year (Preferred) Language: Malayalam (Preferred) Location: Kasaragod, Kerala (Required) Work Location: In person
