Job Description

We are hiring for BDE position for one of our client company. Location: Delhi, NCR Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: 2. Sales & Relationship Management: 3. Market Research & Analysis: 4. Collaboration with Internal Teams: 5. Sales Reporting & Documentation: 6. Networking & Industry Presence: • Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil) • Experience: o 2-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the solar energy or construction/renewable energy sectors. o Experience selling B2B products, with a focus on technical or industrial solutions is a plus. o Freshers welcome too • Skills: o Good understanding of CAD. o Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written). o Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). o Ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a customer-centric approach. o Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. • Attributes: o Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. o Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly. o Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
