Job Description

Role Summary: As a Business Development Executive at QuikNest India Pvt Ltd, you will play a dual role by managing both property owners (supply) and tenants (demand). You will be responsible for onboarding rental properties from owners, understanding their requirements, and simultaneously matching them with quality tenants. This is a target-driven role that requires excellent communication, persuasion, and field execution skills. Key Responsibilities: Property Portfolio Development:  Identify and onboard individual property owners for rental management.  Explain QuikNest's services, process, pricing model, and agreements.  Conduct property visits for inspection, data collection, and onboarding photos/videos.  Coordinate documentation and agreement signing.  Maintain strong post-onboarding relationships for retention and referrals. Customer Acquisition & Onboarding:  Handle incoming rental inquiries via calls, messages, and online platforms.  Qualify tenant leads and understand their rental requirements.  Suggest matching properties and schedule property visits.  Conduct property showings and follow up for closure.  Negotiate and finalize deals between owners and tenants. Key Skills & Competencies:  Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.  Fluency in English; knowledge of Kannada/Hindi is a plus.  Target-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach.  Skilled in executing field operations while efficiently managing diverse stakeholder relationships.  Basic knowledge of property rentals, real estate, or field sales preferred. Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree and MBA in any stream.  0-3 years of experience in sales, real estate, or property management preferred.  Fresher’s with strong communication and learning attitude can also apply.
