Job Description

Quantumai Technologies is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing EdTech team.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their educational and career goals, providing course counselling, managing enquiries, and converting qualified leads into successful admissions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.
• Understand students' educational backgrounds, interests, and career aspirations.
• Explain course details, curriculum, duration, fee structure, and admission procedures.
• Provide professional counselling to students and parents.
• Convert potential leads into confirmed student admissions.
• Follow up with interested students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update daily activities in CRM software.
• Coordinate with marketing and admissions teams to improve lead conversions.
• Build positive relationships with students and parents.
• Achieve assigned monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Handle student enquiries, objections, and admission-related concerns professionally.
• Participate in admission campaigns, educational events, and promotional activities.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and counselling abilities.
• Basic knowledge of sales processes and lead management.
• Ability to manage follow-ups and achieve targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented.

Eligibility

• Education: Any Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience: Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience.
• Previous experience in EdTech sales, academic counselling, admissions, or business development is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills. Knowledge of Telugu or Hindi is an added advantage.
