Business Development Executive

Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers Welcome)
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Chemical field – Mandatory

Job Summary - We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated candidates to join our Business Development team. The candidate will support lead generation, client communication, business development activities, and relationship management to contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities -

Identify potential clients and business opportunities in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, online research, emails, and other platforms.
Communicate with prospective clients and maintain professional relationships.
Prepare business reports, sales updates, and client databases.
Coordinate with internal teams for business development activities.
Follow up with prospective clients and support sales targets.

Required Skills -

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Strong coordination and relationship-building abilities.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.

Eligibility Criteria -

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Chemical field is mandatory.
0–2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Interest in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
