Job Title: Business Development Executive – Inside Sales We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive for our Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, and driving sales conversions through calls, emails, and online communication. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social media. Understand client needs and present appropriate product or service solutions. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and online platforms. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Schedule product demos, virtual meetings, or consultations for senior sales staff. Maintain and update CRM systems with customer interactions and progress. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion. Collaborate with internal departments for smooth onboarding and client support. Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or lead generation (preferred). Excellent communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism. Fluency in English and regional languages (if applicable).
