Job Title: Business Development Executive Company: Humanoid Maker Location: Delhi Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–5 years Industry: IT Hardware / Electronics / Rental Services About Us: Humanoid Maker is a fast-growing provider of rental and refurbished laptops , helping startups, enterprises, students, and professionals access high-performance devices at affordable prices. We aim to make technology accessible, reliable, and cost-effective across India. Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to lead sales initiatives, onboard clients, and expand our market reach in the laptop rental and refurbished laptop segment. The role demands strong networking, communication, and client-handling skills. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and close deals for laptop rentals and refurbished laptop sales. Build and maintain relationships with businesses, students, freelancers, and institutions. Identify bulk rental opportunities with companies, training centers, and events. Present product offerings and pricing proposals to potential clients. Negotiate pricing and rental terms to maximize customer satisfaction and company profit. Manage client onboarding, coordinate delivery, and ensure after-sales support. Maintain and update CRM records, prepare regular sales reports, and meet revenue targets. Stay updated with market trends in refurbished IT hardware and rental services. Key Skills & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in electronics, IT hardware, or rental services. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Confidence to pitch to startups, corporate clients, educational institutions, and freelancers. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proactive mindset. Basic understanding of laptops, configurations, and customer needs. Willing to travel locally for client meetings and demonstrations.
