Are you a fresher looking to kick-start your career or someone with 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development or sales? We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team.

Job Details

Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Experience: Freshers / 6 months – 1 year
Location: Sector 90, Noida (no relocation allowed)
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify and generate new B2B leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Connect with potential clients to understand their requirements and introduce our products or services.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Schedule meetings and coordinate with the team to drive sales.
Achieve assigned targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Research market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Track and report lead generation and sales performance.

Requirements

Good verbal and written communication skills.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
A goal-oriented mindset with an interest in sales and business development.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
