Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Tele-Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating clients about various government schemes that can benefit them. Key Responsibilities: Share information with clients about government schemes that can help them financially. Help clients understand which schemes they may qualify for based on their needs and situation. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Follow up with leads, providing necessary information and closing sales. Handle customer objections and negotiate terms to close deals. Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service recommendations. Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns in a professional manner. Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Follow up on leads generated. Keep up to date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Requirements:Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent. Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
