Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Mohali
Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in IT Sales / Digital Marketing Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Digital Marketing and IT services domain.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and present customized solutions to meet their goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Sales or Digital Marketing Sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web Development, etc.).
  • Ability to identify market trends and contribute to business strategy.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and growth-driven professional.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
