About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Manager who can identify and secure DGPS (Differential GPS) projects from both government and private sectors.
The ideal candidate should have experience in the geospatial or surveying field, strong industry contacts, and the ability to generate consistent business leads.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and acquire new DGPS projects from government departments, contractors, and private clients.

· Develop and maintain relationships with survey companies, infrastructure firms, and government agencies.

· Search for and participate in relevant tenders, bids, and project proposals.

· Coordinate with internal technical and project teams for proposal preparation and execution.

· Conduct client meetings, field visits, and presentations to explain services.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming project opportunities.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.

· 4+ years of experience in business development, preferably in DGPS, GIS, or survey-based services.

· Good knowledge of DGPS applications (surveying, land mapping, infrastructure, road alignment, etc.).

· Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

· Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

· Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.

Preferred:

· Experience dealing with Survey of India, NHAI, PWD, or private infrastructure firms.

· Familiarity with DGPS brands like Trimble, Leica, or Topcon.

· Understanding of government e-tendering processes.
