To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in student counseling and academic advising, backed by excellent communication abilities. Prior experience in career counseling, along with a background in Education or a related field, will be beneficial. Your interpersonal skills should be top-notch, enabling you to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Any experience in sales or customer service will be considered a plus.
