Business Development Associate/Lead Generation

Roles & Responsibility-

• BDA plays a key role in expanding the company&aposs sales operations across verticals and geographies.
• BDA finds ways to reach out to our target profile, e.g. CFO and Procurement Heads, and introduces our solutions on phone and mail, to get an interest from the prospect.
• Identify and research potential clients/ companies, key people, discover contact information, make strategies to reach out, and generate leads or first appointments.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate with sales teams to develop and nurture the funnel.
• Contacting prospective clients through a variety of mediums this could include reaching out on social media, phoning, emailing.
• Keeping on top of administrative tasks such as updating CRM (customer relationship management) systems
• Working with other teams and colleagues to help align offerings with the needs of clients
• Identifying and Research new partners with whom we can collaborate

Requirements-

1. Effective written & verbal communication

2. Clear & concise documentation skills

3. Very good listener, to be able to understand clients point of view

4. Should be an effective collaborator & team player

5. Attitude to learn & grow

Qualifications-

- 2 to 6 years of relevant experience

- If you have an experience of selling credit card/insurance, that will be an added advantage

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
