Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our EdTech sales team. The ideal candidate will handle the full sales cycle—from lead
generation to closing admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Bachelor’s Contact and counsel students and working professionals regarding training and certification programs.
* Connect with prospective learners and encourage them to attend demo sessions conducted by technical experts.
* Handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
* Track leads, interactions, and follow-up progress using CRM tools.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission and engagement targets.
* Share regular performance reports and updates with the management team.
Language Requirements:
* Good command of English (mandatory)
* Fluency in any two of the South Indian languages.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (in any field)
* Fresher’s or Minimum 1 year of sales experience (EdTech experience is a bonus)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Familiarity with CRM tools preferred
* Self-motivated and target-oriented
Requirements:
* Laptop and Android smartphone (mandatory)
* Comfortable with tele calling and target-based roles
