Business Development Associate

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Associate to drive business growth, generate new leads, and acquire clients for our Chartered Accountancy firm. The candidate will be responsible for explaining our services to potential clients, understanding their business requirements, and converting leads into long term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for CA firm services.
• Contact potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Explain the firm's services, including GST, Income Tax, Auditing, Accounting, and Tax Compliance.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
• Arrange client meetings and build strong professional relationships.
• Maintain lead databases, client records, and follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Achieve business development targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
• Experience in a CA firm, accounting firm, or financial services industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Basic understanding of GST, Income Tax, Accounting, Auditing, and CA firm services.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and maintaining client databases.
• Ability to generate leads, explain services confidently, and achieve business targets.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with prior experience in client acquisition, business development, and promoting professional services for CA firms or accounting firms will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
