Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to work on leads generated, engage with prospective customers, and close sales through phone, email, in-person and online meetings. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets while working independently.
Key Responsibilities
Work on already generated sales leads through calls, emails, social media, and online platforms.
Conduct virtual product demonstrations and sales presentations
Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM tools
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support)
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the manager
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred, not mandatory)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable with remote tools (Zoom, Google Meet, CRM, email)
Good negotiation and persuasion skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, email)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
