Experience

- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the real estate sector.

- Connect with potential customers through calls and follow-ups.

- Understand customers' property requirements and suggest suitable options.

- Explain property details, pricing, amenities and project features to clients.

- Arrange property site visits and coordinate with prospective buyers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into sales.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.

- Maintain customer information and daily activity reports.

Skills Required

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic sales and negotiation skills.
