Job Summary

VLCC is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Regional BTL Marketing Executive / Manager to drive local marketing activities, increase clinic footfalls, and improve brand visibility. The role involves executing on-ground campaigns, building local partnerships, and generating quality leads through events and activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute local marketing activities, wellness camps, society events, corporate tie-ups, and influencer campaigns.
• Generate leads and increase clinic walk-ins through local activations and partnerships.
• Manage local vendors, promoters, and event agencies.
• Track leads, walk-ins, campaign costs, and marketing performance using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Support clinics with local promotions, WhatsApp campaigns, posters, standees, and referral activities.
• Ensure brand guidelines and marketing standards are followed during all campaigns.
• Coordinate with clinic managers and the central marketing team to achieve business targets.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in BTL marketing, field marketing, or event management.
• Strong communication, coordination, and vendor management skills.
• Experience in planning and executing on-ground marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of lead tracking, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel locally and manage field activities.
• Experience in retail, wellness, FMCG, telecom, or franchise-based businesses will be an advantage.
