Urban Company is looking for driven, proactive and growth-oriented individuals to join its Repairs (AC) team as Business

Development Associates. You will help manage day-to-day category operations, expand the service partner network, and

support a smooth experience for partners and customers.

This role is suited to someone who takes ownership, is comfortable working towards targets, and enjoys contributing

directly to business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Category Operations: Manage daily category operations end-to-end and ensure smooth execution of business processes.
• Partner Management: Engage with existing and prospective service partners to strengthen and expand the supply network.
• Business Development: Generate top-of-funnel (TOF) leads and drive onboarding of new service partners.
• Issue Resolution: Address partner and customer concerns with a service-first approach and ensure timely resolution.
• Performance Management: Work towards category targets and support initiatives that improve operational efficiency and partner availability.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Comfortable working in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Prior sales or business development experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Must have access to a personal laptop.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
