Role Overview

Snowball AI is hiring a Business Development Associate to support lead generation, outbound prospecting, and client acquisition for our AI automation and SaaS solutions. You will work closely with the founders to identify opportunities, qualify prospects, and build a steady pipeline for our services and products.

This role involves research, outreach, coordination, and follow-ups. It suits someone who likes structured communication, enjoys speaking with prospects, and wants to learn how sales processes work in a fast-moving AI startup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients in the US, UK, and India.
  • Run outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn using our in-house AI tools.
  • Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and business needs.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule calls and hand over qualified prospects.
  • Maintain CRM data and keep records updated and accurate.
  • Draft outreach messages and refine them based on response patterns.
  • Track campaign performance and share insights to improve targeting.
  • Support proposal creation and follow up with warm leads.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Engineering or related fields.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with decision-makers and handling follow-ups.
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and track them systematically.
  • Interest in AI, automation, and B2B SaaS.
  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and email outreach tools is a plus.
  • Prior internship or freelance experience in sales, BD, or client outreach is helpful but not required.
