Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to Australian customers to introduce and promote the company's products or services.
Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and maintain professional conversations.
Sales Conversion: Convince potential customers, handle objections, and convert leads into successful sales.
Query Handling: Address customer questions, provide accurate information, and resolve basic concerns.
Target Achievement: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow-ups: Follow up with interested customers and maintain proper records of calls and interactions.
CRM Management: Update customer details, call outcomes, and sales information in the CRM.
Communication: Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards while speaking with Australian clients.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
