Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls & follow up with prospects Qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp & other channels Explain financial-planning & investment services Schedule appointments with potential clients Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM Achieve monthly business-development targets
Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent English, Hindi & Marathi communication Confident, persuasive & customer-focused approach Strong follow-up & relationship-building skills Ability to understand prospective client requirements What We're Looking For An enthusiastic graduate ready to build client relationships. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
