Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives with the potential to earn an additional ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 or more, depending on individual performance and achievement of targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about company services.
• Follow up with interested customers and potential clients.
• Maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Respond to customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
• Explain services, offers and processes clearly and confidently.
• Convert qualified customer enquiries into successful business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Achieve assigned performance and customer service targets.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.
• Maintain professional communication and represent the company positively.

Salary & Incentive Structure

Fixed Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Salary will be decided based on the candidate’s experience, communication skills and overall suitability for the position.
