About the Role

OTUSONE LLP is looking for a confident and enthusiastic IT Sales & Business Development Executive to connect with potential clients, understand their business requirements, and introduce them to our technology solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, client interaction, and building a career in IT sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential clients through outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Introduce OTUSONE’s IT services, including web and mobile app development, custom software, and ERP solutions.
• Understand client requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
• Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain client communication records.
• Coordinate with the internal team to move opportunities forward.

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in making calls and speaking with potential clients.
• Basic understanding of IT services or willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude, persuasion skills, and a target-oriented mindset.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
