Business Development Associates Location – Whitefield/Koromangala, Bangaluru Experience – 1-5 Years Salary – 24k-35k + Incentives (Based on experience/skills) Notice Period – Preferably Immediate Working Shifts – Full time, Onsite, regular shift, 6 days Mandatory Requirements – Good English Communicator (speaking & writing), Passion for End-to-End Sales (B2C/B2B), Team Player Responsibilities ● Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies. ● Researching prospects and generating leads. ● Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person. ● Handling B2C and B2B customers , inquiries, and complaints. Occasionally go for site visits locally or visits to get potential B2B clients . ● Preparing and sending quotes and proposals. ● Building and maintaining a CRM database( Zoho CRM) ● Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. ● Participating in sales team meetings
