Job Description

We are looking for A Business Development Associate (BDA) who helps a company grow by finding new clients, generating leads, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Find potential customers through cold calling, emails, social media, and networking.
Client Engagement: Run initial discovery calls, deliver product/service pitches, and answer client questions.
Pipeline & CRM Management: Track all lead interactions, call logs, and deal stages using CRM Software.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, product, and senior management teams to align growth targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (sometimes Engineering/MBA depending on the industry).
Communication Skills: Clear spoken and written communication, active listening, and strong phone/presentation confidence.
Sales & Interpersonal Skills: Objection handling, relationship building, and persuasive negotiation.
Technical Skills: Basic data analysis, Excel, PowerPoint deck creation, and familiarity with CRM Tools.
Mindset: Goal-driven, resilient against rejection, and self-motivated

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
