Business Development Associate

• Coordinate with customers regarding product enquiries, quotations, pricing, and order requirements.
• Prepare and share sales quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Follow up on quotations shared with customers and maintain regular updates.
• Confirm receipt of quotations and respond to customer queries through calls and emails.
• Coordinate with customers for Purchase Orders (POs), product specifications, delivery details, and other order-related information.
• Support the sales team in lead management, customer follow-ups, and business development activities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, purchase orders, and sales activities.
• Handle incoming customer calls and provide timely information regarding products and services.
• Coordinate internally with the sales, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Identify potential business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Perform other sales coordination activities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Preferred Industry Experience

• IT Hardware and Computer Products
• Laptop, Desktop, Server, and Networking Products
• IT System Integrators and Technology Solutions
• IT Product Distributors and Resellers
• Computer Hardware Trading and Corporate IT Sales
• B2B Technology Sales and IT Procurement

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
