About the Role

Inquiry Bazaar Private Limited is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales / Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in B2B sales, service-based sales, banking, financial services, or a similar industry where client communication, lead conversion, relationship management, and achieving sales targets are important.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, connecting with decision-makers, understanding their requirements, presenting appropriate solutions, following up with prospects, and converting qualified leads into business.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business opportunities through various channels.
• Connect with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, meetings, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable company products/services.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and closure.
• Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations when required.
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, proposals, and conversions.
• Use CRM systems or other sales-management tools to manage prospects and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution after a sale.
• Understand competitor offerings and provide market feedback to the management team.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Participate in client meetings, business events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities when required.
• Prepare regular sales and pipeline reports.
• Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
