HBusiness Development Associate (Sales) | Pune (Baner) | Work from Office

Company: Divinelane
Location: Phase 1 Hinjewadi, Pune
Experience: 1–3 Years
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM | Monday–Saturday (Sunday Off)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle warm inbound sales leads over phone calls.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gemstones and spiritual products.
Build customer trust through consultative selling.
Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or retail sales.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable handling high-value sales conversations.
Basic CRM knowledge is preferred.
Experience with astrology, gemstones, wellness, or spiritual products is an added advantage.
Personal Laptop is Mandatory
