Business Development Associate- Edtech/ Study Abroad

As a Business Development Associate (BDA) in the EdTech & Study Abroad sector, you will play a crucial role in our high-growth team located in HSR Layout, Bangalore. With a competitive CTC of 5 - 8 LPA, you will be required to work from Tuesday to Sunday between 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We are seeking a professional with at least 13 years of experience in BDA/inside sales roles within the EdTech or Study Abroad industries. Your primary focus will be on reaching out to leads through calls and virtual meetings to convert them into enrollments. You must offer personalized guidance on educational programs and overseas study opportunities while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential for this role. You should possess a strong sales mindset with the ability to build relationships and close deals effectively. This role requires you to be based in HSR Layout, Bangalore, or be willing to relocate to this vibrant startup ecosystem.
