Job description:

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and engage prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Counsel students regarding training programs, internships, certifications, and career development opportunities offered by CORNIXE.
• Generate and qualify leads through various sales and marketing initiatives. Follow up with inquiries and convert potential leads into enrollments.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and corporate partners.
• Conduct product demonstrations, career guidance sessions, and program presentations when required.
• Update and maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and enrollments in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.
• Participate in educational events, webinars, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to support business growth strategies.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the enrollment process.

Required Qualifications

• Any Degree Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or any relevant discipline (Preferred) .
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, counseling, business development, customer relationship management, or EdTech sales is preferred
