Role Overview:

We are seeking energetic and self-motivated Business Development Executives and Interns to join our team. The role involves lead generation, client follow-ups, and conversion through effective communication and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads through online research, cold calling, and networking
• Follow up with potential leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline
• Convert leads into paying customers through consultative selling
• Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups
• Assist in developing business growth strategies and client acquisition plans
• Collaborate with the marketing and SEO teams for campaign execution

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand client needs and pitch relevant solutions
• Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
• Fresher or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply

Internship Details:

Stipend: ₹5,000/month

Duration: 3 months (may lead to a full-time role based on performance)

For Full-time BDE Role:

Salary: To be discussed during interview

Commission: Attractive incentive structure based on performance
