Job Title: Business Development Executive Experience Required: 6 months – 2 years Location: IT Park, Chandigarh Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executive with 6 months to 2 years of experience to join our team. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is passionate about sales, client engagement, and business growth. You will support lead generation, nurture client relationships, and help expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying potential clients and new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking. Generate leads via cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Support senior team members in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and follow-ups. Maintain client relationships and provide regular updates on ongoing discussions. Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business goals. Attend client meetings (in-person or virtual) to understand requirements and introduce solutions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a customer-facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce). Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Preferred Skills: Prior internship or experience in B2B/B2C sales or customer acquisition. Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach or digital sales tools. Presentation skills and confidence in client interactions.
