Role Overview

Responsible for driving B2B business growth through the acquisition of large corporate and enterprise customers for TVS Mobility's Vehicle-on-Demand (VOD) and Mobility-on-Demand (MOD) business. The role involves developing long-term fleet leasing opportunities, building strategic customer relationships, and offering integrated mobility solutions with predictable monthly operating costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B customers across manufacturing, logistics, e-commerce, corporate transportation and industrial sectors.
• Develop long-term fleet leasing contracts (typically 5–6 years), aligned with customer fleet requirements.
• Promote end-to-end mobility solutions covering vehicle procurement, insurance, maintenance, tyre replacement, statutory compliance and telematics.
• Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers, corporate clients and enterprise accounts.
• Assess customer fleet requirements, operational routes, vehicle utilisation and business feasibility.
• Develop customised commercial proposals, including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) comparisons between EV and ICE vehicles.
• Identify EV adoption opportunities based on route feasibility, charging infrastructure, payload and operational economics.
• Analyse market opportunities, competitor offerings and industry trends to develop business growth strategies.
• Drive the complete business development cycle, from lead generation and negotiations to contract closure.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in B2B Business Development, Corporate Sales or Enterprise Account Management.
• Experience in fleet leasing, mobility solutions, logistics, automotive or commercial vehicle sectors preferred.
• Strong exposure to acquiring and managing large corporate accounts.
• Understanding of long-term leasing models, fleet management and commercial negotiations.
• Ability to develop financial proposals, commercial models and TCO comparisons.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer acquisition and business development activities.
