As an HR and Business Development Intern at Geekyworks in Pune, you will be an essential part of the team for a duration of 3 months with a stipend of INR 5000. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: **Role Overview:** In the HR domain, you will play a crucial role in boosting the hiring strategies for Geekyworks. Your tasks will include calling interested candidates, evaluating them based on eligibility criteria, aligning telephonic/face-to-face interviews, onboarding new joiners, and participating in making employee policies and ensuring their implementation.
