Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and hiring trends in the recruitment industry.
• Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn, job portals, and other data sources to support business development efforts.
• Assist the inside sales and BD team in reaching out to clients, setting meetings, and maintaining follow-ups.
• Support digital marketing initiatives such as content sharing, email marketing, and basic SEO for recruitment services.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) with industry-relevant content.
• Perform market mapping and data scraping for targeted outreach in specific industries or geographies.
• Maintain and update CRM tools, databases, and trackers related to business and client engagement.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in market research, lead generation, inside sales, or digital marketing, preferably in the recruitment or HR services industry.
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
