Business Consultant Food Production

As a seasoned Business Analyst at Colruyt in Hyderabad, India, you will collaborate with our business and IT organizations to deliver business-led, technology-enabled solutions that address unique challenges and opportunities. Your role involves analyzing processes, identifying solutions for process optimization, and supporting the implementation of these solutions within the organization. You will primarily focus on supporting the current ERP/MES solution (CSB), xps cycles, and integrations. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and modeling the to-be system, detailing functional and non-functional requirements, and working closely with development teams to realize technology solutions. Additionally, you will prepare test cases, test data, and documentation to evaluate solutions, ensuring key stakeholders are informed throughout the process. Collaboration with business and project managers on change management plans, user manual preparation, and user instruction will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess 10-14 years of industry experience, with at least 8+ years in business analysis. You should have a proactive approach to learning and adapting to changes, while maintaining a customer-oriented and detail-oriented mindset. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential. It is beneficial to have experience working with APIs, defining data models, and domain knowledge in retail, ecommerce, supply chain management, finance, or marketing. Moreover, proficiency in requirements elicitation practices, experience with onsite-offshore delivery models, and the ability to work with European clients will be advantageous. You will be expected to guide discussions with business teams, architects, and developers to define IT solutions and processes, utilizing standard modeling techniques such as UML, use case modeling, or storyboarding.
