Job Summary:

Vogue Interiors LLP is seeking a dynamic and experienced female Business Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations, interior project coordination, and administrative support. This role demands a proactive individual capable of independently managing tasks without the need for repeated follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day business operations and project execution

Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery

Maintain accurate financial and administrative records using Tally or similar accounting software

Assist with quotations, invoicing, and project budgeting

Support the interior design team in client presentations and documentation

Handle administrative tasks, including HR coordination, procurement, and office management

Communicate with clients and ensure service satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Track and monitor project progress and report updates to senior management

Qualifications:

MBA or B.Tech in Civil, Mcom (preferred)

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Tally

Previous experience in interior design firms or construction/architectural environments is an added advantage

Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills

Strong organizational and follow-through abilities.

Female candidates preferred as per team requirements.
