We run structured programs, including live workshops, online courses, and one-on-one coaching. Role Overview: You will be the bridge between our marketing efforts and client experience , ensuring smooth lead-to-client journeys and helping grow our community. This role involves a mix of content execution , client onboarding , and program support . Key Responsibilities: Create & post engaging content on social media platforms. Manage email campaigns & follow-up sequences for leads. Handle client onboarding & ensure smooth program navigation. Respond promptly to client inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and community groups. Coordinate webinars and online sessions (reminders, hosting support, follow-ups). Maintain client records in TagMango & track engagement data. Prepare weekly reports on marketing performance & client satisfaction. Requirements: 1–3 years in client servicing, or coordination roles. Proficient in Canva, basic video editing tools, and social media platforms. Strong written & spoken English; Hindi proficiency is a plus. Familiarity with TagMango or similar LMS/CRM systems (training can be provided). Organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people grow.
