Business Automation & CRM Operations

We are looking for a Tech-Savvy Automation Leader who can streamline our business operations using Airtable, CRM workflows, APIs, and no-code automation tools.

Your job is to understand business logic and convert it into automated workflows — reducing manual work, improving efficiency, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities

Design and manage CRM Workflows for appointment booking, lead allocation, follow-ups, and analytics.

• Build automation systems using tools like Airtable, Zapier, Make.com, Interakt, WhatsApp APIs, webhooks, etc.
• Implement project tracking systems for Sales, Marketing, Operations & HR teams.
• Integrate different departments using automated notifications, task triggers, dashboards & alerts.
• Continuously identify repetitive manual tasks and convert them into self-running automated processes.
• Build performance dashboards & reports for leadership visibility.
• Coordinate with tech vendors or developers for custom API integrations when needed.

Required Skills & Experience

✅ Strong knowledge of Airtable (Advanced — automations, interfaces, scripting preferred)

✅ Hands-on experience with Zapier / Make.com / Integromat / Webhooks / API integrations

✅ Familiarity with CRM platforms (Kylas, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

✅ Experience in workflow design / business process mapping

✅ Exposure to Project Management tools (ClickUp / Notion / Monday / Asana etc.)

✅ Logical mindset with ability to translate manual work into automated systems

Preferred Background

Experience in Operations, CRM Management, or Automation Engineering

• Worked in D2C / SaaS / Service Business / Health & Wellness / Call Centre CRM setups (Bonus)
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and driving execution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
