Business Associate

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join IndiaFirst Life Insurance as Business Associates (BAs).

As a Business Associate, you will play a key role in promoting our life insurance and financial products, building strong customer relationships, and helping people secure their financial future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers for life insurance products.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Build and manage a team of Advisors/Agents.
• Achieve sales and recruitment targets set by the company.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sale service.

Eligibility:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any stream)
• Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in marketing, sales, or financial services.

Madurai and nearby areas (Work-from-field / hybrid model available)

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹37,949.02 per month
