Business Architect

Project Role :

Summary:
As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while also supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding their implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align stakeholders on project objectives.- Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GuideWire ClaimCenter.- Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis.- Experience with stakeholder management and communication.- Ability to develop comprehensive business cases and project plans.- Familiarity with change management principles and practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in GuideWire ClaimCenter.- This position is based at our Noida office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
