About The Role

Project Role :Business Architect

Project Role Description :Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Summary:As a Business Architect, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value. Your typical day will involve assessing the current state of business processes, capturing high-level requirements, and defining innovative business solutions. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while also supporting transformation initiatives through the development of compelling business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects. Roles & Responsibilities:-SAP BW ADI Team

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align stakeholders on project objectives.

Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency. Professional & Technical
Skills:

-Responsible for requirements gathering from client and solution designing-Responsible for solutioning critical production issues and performance bottlenecks-Establishing bridge b/w BW Vs SF for Reports migration and designing of new SF views-As a scrum master:Planning product features based on criticality/complexity and engaging the right team members for driving the change

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.

Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.

Experience with data integration and ETL processes.

Ability to design and implement data models that meet business requirements.

Familiarity with reporting tools and analytics platforms.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
