Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Lead current state assessments to identify customer requirements. Develop business solutions and structures to realize opportunities. Create business cases to achieve the vision. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior professionals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps. Strong understanding of CRM systems and their technical functionalities. Ability to design and implement CRM solutions tailored to business needs. Experience in integrating CRM systems with other business applications. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
