Project Role : Business and Integration Architect Project Role Description : Designs the integration strategy endpoints and data flow to align technology with business strategy and goals. Understands the entire project life-cycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and operations to ensure successful integration. Must have skills : Accenture myConcerto Chemicals Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : o MBA preferred with Engineering B Tech BE degree in Chemicals from reputed institute within India or outsideo CGPA of 6 and above Percentage Marks of 60% and above throughout the educ Key roles & responsibilities:o Conduct research on recent trends in Chemicals Industry, and link them to business and IT imperatives for Chemicals clientso Drive innovation for chemicals and various industry segments such as specialty, paints & coatings, performance, commodity etc. with a clear focus on new technologies and their applications for these industrieso Develop new offerings (technology assets, point of views, rapid prototypes) for chemical industry in line with latest trends and client imperatives in chemicalso Incorporate digital imperatives and innovation ideas to reimagine business processes within the core areas of chemicals value chaino Reimagine Business Process Management (BPM) and identify process transformation themes for chemical clients. Develop integrated business scenarios, use cases/user stories & prototypeso Cross leverage best-in-class/outside industry examples and adapt them in the innovation narration for our clientso Provide Subject Matter Expertise on focus areas of innovation in chemicalso Drive thought leadership and IP (shape new ideas and make them patentable) Qualifications:Industry Experience:Minimum 8 years of demonstrated work experience in chemical industry (preferably in specialty chemicals) in the areas of Management/Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, Process Control, Innovation, Manufacturing & Operations Excellence, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing.o Candidates with global exposure (having worked for global companies in the above industries, on international stints) will be preferred.o Prior hands-on awareness of Business Process Management (Industry Processes), Process Transformation, Digital Transformation, Functional Expertise in Supply Chain, Plant Operations, Sales & Marketing etc. will be preferred.o Exposure to Operational Systems (MES, LIMS, EHS) will be preferred.o Prior exposure to digital and emerging technologies such as Data & Analytics, Mobility, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence will be a pluso Prior exposure to ERP (Preferably SAP) as a user will be a plusEducational Experience:o MBA (preferred) with Engineering (B.
